  If I could leave a "0" star rating I would. I made an appointment with Dr. Kelleher for 7:45 am which I thought was great because it would allow me to get to my next doctor's appointment that I had previously scheduled for 9:00 a.m. prior to making my appointment with Dr. Kelleher. I was given an appointment card with the date and time on it. So, I took the day off of work and strategically scheduled my doctor's visits to allow me enough time to take care of everything I needed. I got to Premier Dermatology at 7:30 and signed in, and sat down. I was there for 45 minutes waiting and no one had called me up yet. So I went to the front desk and told them my appointment was at 7:45 but I hadn't been called yet and I have another doctor's appointment at 9am that I need to get to. They said "hang on let me check"..the girl came back and tried to tell me that my appointment was for 8:15. I told her, no, it wasn't. I wouldn't have made it for 8:15 because I had another appointment at 9am that was already in my calendar and that wouldn't allow me enough time to be seen by him and then get to my other appointment. She said there was one person ahead of me and that I would have to wait. SO they screwed up my appointment time and then expect me to miss my other appointment as well? Needless to say, I left and won't be returning to see Dr. Kelleher. This was supposed to be my first time seeing him, too. What a terrible way to treat new patients. If you don't want a similar experience, I would suggest going to another place of business and seeing someone else.

  This was my first visit at Premier Dermatology! I was impressed by how fast I got called back to see Dr. Abrams! She was concerned with my issues & answered all my questions & put my mind at ease! I will be seeing her again Everyone was very nice!
